The Arko Advice team is lead by political scientist Murillo de Aragão and is made up of professionals such as lawyers, political scientists and others. More information below:
Dr. Murillo de Aragão, lawyer, journalist and political scientist, has a Master’s degree in Political Science and a Ph.D in Sociology from Universidade de Brasília (UnB), one of the top five from Brasil.
As professor and international lecturer, he made speech's about Brazil in may countries and is author of dozens of articles and political studies about Brazil and Latin America.
He was consultant for the World Bank, visiting professor for Universidad Austral (Buenos Aires), professor at the Political Science departament of the UnB and resercher for the Social Science Research Counicl (New York).
He served at the board of the FIPP – Federation Internationale de La Press Periodique (London) and member of the consulting board of companies and institutions such as COMGÁS, Instituto Ayrton Senna, Embratel and others.
In 2007, Dr. Aragão was appointed by the president of Brazil to be member of the Council for the Social and Economic Development, an advisory board for the presidency composed by business and social leaders and opinion makers.
Dr. Aragão is also columnist of the magazine Conjuntura Econômica (FGV), Blog do Noblat, O Liberal (Belém), O Tempo (BH) and other magazines and newspapers.
Due to his activities he was appointed by the Ministry of Foreign Relations as member of the Ordem do Rio Branco.
Rômulo Castelo Branco Osório, lawyer and public administrator, graduated from UERJ and FGV/RJ, executive-director and responsible for the Arko Advice analysts.
Cristiano Noronha, senior analyst, Business Administration (UnB), post-graduate studies in Public Administration (UnB), Master of Political Science (UnB), university professor.
Thiago de Aragão, graduating in Social Sciences at PUC-RS, researcher for the London Foreign Policy Centre for Latin America and Thunderbird University. Professor of Strategic Planning at FSG/RS (Caxias do Sul). Director of Political Analysis for Latin America.
José Negreiros, editorial director, journalist, Master of Journalism from the Institute of High Journalistic Studies (São Paulo)/University of Navarra (Spain)
Rildson Moura, graduate of journalism, parliamentary aide for more than fifteen years, and head of the company’s parliamentary consulting department.
Paulo Homem, analyst, lawyer, graduate of Universidade Candido Mendes (RJ), post graduate studies at UnB. Responsible for the elaboration of sector reports.
Daniel Lledó, master in comparative law, Universidad Complutense de Madrid, senior analyst for Latin American Affairs.
Marcos Augusto, senior analyst, graduated in journalism. Responsible for elaborating political and legislative researches polls and reports regarding specific sectors.
Bruno Lopes, graduating in Civil Engineering at UFRGS and Marketing at PUC-RS. Former Governmental Relations coordinator for the Porto Alegre American Chamber of Commerce – AMCHAM. Partner and director of Arko Sul, located in Porto Alegre.
